sms.1mail.lt ("the Service") provides temporary phone numbers for one-time SMS verification codes on third-party platforms. The Service is a reseller — numbers are provisioned via upstream telecommunications providers.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm your age and that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Deposits to your wallet are non-refundable except within the 14-day cooling-off period, provided your balance has not been used. Wallet balances have no expiration date.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Use of temporary numbers for privacy-preserving one-time verifications and legitimate testing is permitted.
Numbers are reserved from upstream inventory. If the SMS verification code does not arrive within the reservation window (typically 20 minutes), your wallet is automatically refunded minus a small upstream cancellation fee (typically 4-5%). Refunds for card deposits are available for 14 days on unused balances only.
Prices are live and vary by service, country, and inventory availability. Prices displayed at time of purchase are the prices charged. Wallet purchases are debited immediately upon reservation.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee delivery of any specific SMS or the success of any signup on a third-party platform. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the past 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use. On termination, any unused balance is refundable to the original payment method for 14 days.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
